- Registration fees include admission to conference hall and welcome reception, conference bag, coffee breaks and lunches. Courses, optional tours, airport transfers and accommodations are not included.
- Fees are paid according to the Delegate’s country of affiliation. The list of high income countries is available here.
- Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
- On-site payment can only be paid in cash.
- For all students, a documentary proof from the learning institution must be provided to confirm the student status.
- All payment will be charged in USD.
- All related bank charges, financial charges or credit card handling fee are to be borne by the delegates and are not to be deducted from the fee value.
- International delegates can make payment by credit card only.
- Brazilian delegates can make payment by credit card or bank slip.
- Any cancellation received before 31 May 2020 will be charged a handling fee of 50% of the value paid. The due value will be refunded after deducting other related fees and charges incurred. Paid registration fee is not refundable after 31 May 2020 for whatever reasons and no refunds will be issued for no-shows.
