GENERAL INFORMATION

1- To access the platform you must use the e-mail that was registered at the time of subscription. This will be your login and the password you received by email yesterday.

2 – If you have difficulties accessing, contact us by e-mail: atendimento@criandoelo.com.br

3 – To access the platform you must click on this link: https://palms2021.ciente.live/ . The recordings will be available from June 28 for 12 weeks.

4 – You can find the timetable for live events (Keynote talks, Q&A sections) on the website and at each day in the platform. Due to marked differences in time zone between participants there is no scheduled time for pre-recorded presentations in the program. Please allow some time (1-2 hours each section) to watch pre-recorded talks and posters before the scheduled time for Q&A.   

5 – All certificates will be provided electronically by the plataform 7 (seven) days after the event. They will be available on the event website;

 

FIRST STEPS

How to access the system:

The system will be accessed by all event participants through the link: https://palms2021.ciente.live/

After accessing, you will be asked for login.

You must use the email you registered for PALMS and the password you will receive by email.


Inside the platform all event environments will be available in the Hall: Auditorium, Presentations, E – Poster, Lounge Area, Help Desk.


If you have any questions, the Event Secretariat will also be available at chat.

In the upper right corner, the menu will be available with the complete program of the event, your profile and the option to leave the event (logout).


In the bottom left corner, there is the help option for questions platform technique.

Just click and write your message:

When entering the rooms or auditorium, the system will show the days of the event, select and the room options will appear according to the schedule. To watch click on the button Enter the room.

After that, you will be directed to the place where the live event will be broadcast.
